A: We offer 2 way to pay for preorder items. You can leave a 20% deposit to reserve your pre order. We will send you a Paypal invoice once the figure becomes available to ship. We offer additional 10% discount when you fully pay a preorder item.
Q: Can I buy a preorder item with in stock item?
A: Please keep your pre order separate from in stock item order.
Q: I cannot make payment of the remaining balance, Can i pay at a later date?
A: Please send us a email at support@estaticanime.co.uk. We are able to hold the figure until you are ready to make payment.
Q: Can I cancel a preorder?
A: Yes you can, we will fully refund you back should you decide to want to cancel your order
Q: Can I add other in stock products to the pre order item when it becomes available?
A: We recommend to add more items when we ship the preorder so we can combine the order and you can benefit from FREE SHIPPING on orders over £30.
