Q: Who is Estatic Arts?
A: Estatic Arts is a UK based company with many years of business dealing with anime-related products, specialising in figurines, Japanese snacks and cosplay accessories.
Q: How often is the website updated?

Q: Where can I find the latest news you have in store for us?
A: We have a Facebook page over at https://www.facebook.com/estaticarts/ where you can find photos of our latest stock - be the first to know! We also hold giveaways and frequently update the page with our latest news and information.
Q: Do you have a shop location?
A: Unfortunately, we currently do not have a store location. However, you can find us at many conventions spread across the Europe. Simply check out our list of conventions we will be attending on our Facebook at: https://www.facebook.com/estaticarts/ or visit the calendar on the website for more information.
Q: Would Estatic Arts be interested in attending my convention?
A: Absolutely! If you are hosting a convention, simply contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org with the relevant information of the event you think we may be interested in attending.

Q: How Do I preorder an item?
A: We offer 2 way to pay for preorder items. You can leave a 20% deposit to reserve your pre order. We will send you a Paypal invoice once the figure becomes available to ship. We offer additional 10% discount when you fully pay a preorder item.
Q: Can I buy a preorder item with in stock item?
A: Please keep your pre order separate from in stock item order.
Q: I cannot make payment of the remaining balance, Can i pay at a later date?
A: Please send us a email at firstname.lastname@example.org. We are able to hold the figure until you are ready to make payment.
Q: Can I cancel a preorder?
A: Yes you can, we will fully refund you back should you decide to want to cancel your order
Q: Can I add other in stock products to the pre order item when it becomes available?
A: We recommend to add more items when we ship the preorder so you can benefit from FREE SHIPPING on orders over £30. We can combine the order.
Q: Why should I buy official anime figures?
A: By purchasing the original goods, you are supporting the artists and production companies of the Japanese anime industry. This helps them to create new and exciting content for all anime fans around the world. At Estatic Arts, we only sell official and authentic anime figures.
Q: When will merchandise for a new anime or manga series be available?
A: The time it takes for new merchandise for a new series to be available is largely dependent on the production companies. However, we will be sure to stock them once they are available! If you are looking for a specific series of products, please don’t be afraid to contact us at email@example.com and we will try to get it in for you.
Q: What are “Pop Arts”?
A: The Pop Arts are designed by the artist Keetatat, featuring popular characters from movies, TV shows and anime, as well as celebrities including musicians, sports, and iconic people.
Q: What are the Pop Arts made of?
A: The Pop Arts are digitally printed onto an acrylic canvas, finished with a glossy surface. The back of the canvas is wood, with a metal hook for you to hang your Pop Art on. Q: How can I display the Pop Arts?
A: Each of the Pop Arts comes with a metal hook on the back for you to hang the canvas on. Alternatively, you can also attach a velcro-sticking to it. Check out our gallery on Facebook for more visual information: https://www.facebook.com/popartuk/
Q: The product I received is different from the photo. What can I do?
A: While we try to provide photos of the product as accurately as possible, the product’s colours may vary due to the different monitor and settings for each customer. If you are unhappy with your product, please feel free to contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org and we will either offer you a refund on your purchase or an exchange for a different item.
Q: What should I do if you do not have the product that I want?
A: At Estatic Arts, we are open to product suggestions as well as the stocking of an item that may not be listed on our website. Please feel free to contact us at email@example.com and we will see if we can stock the item in for you.
Q: There is a product I really like! Can I reserve it to pick up at a convention?
A: Most definitely! Just pop us an email at Support@estaticanime.co.uk or message us on Facebook and we can hold it for you to pick up at a convention we will be attending. Q: How much does shipping cost?
A: We offer free UK delivery for all orders over £30. Otherwise there is a charge of £4.99
Q: Do you ship worldwide?
A: Yes, we do ship fully tracked to worldwide addresses! Price depending on location.
Q: How do you ship packages?
A: At Estatic Arts, we go great lengths to carefully package your product to ensure that it arrives safely to you. Packages are shipped from our warehouse based in the UK by Royal Mail or MyHermes or UPS.
Q: Do you provide tracking information?
A: We provide tracking number on all orders.
Q: Once I have placed my order, how long does it take for it to be shipped?
A: Once we have received your order and the payment has been processed, we will aim to dispatch your item within the next working day. In cases where your order contains a pre-ordered product, shipping time will be listed on the product page individually.
Q: My order contains pre-order items; will they be shipped separately?
A: Pre-order items will be shipped whenever they are ready (see their individual product page for more information). Other items in your order that are currently in stock will be shipped in the next working day.
Q: How long does shipping take?
A: Shipping to a UK address will take about 3-5 days. Shipping to addresses outside of the UK will take 2-4 weeks depending on which countries.
Q: What should I do if I have not received my order in over a week’s time?
A: You can contact your local post office to see whether you have missed a delivery from us. Otherwise, please contact us at: firstname.lastname@example.org.
Q: How can I pay?
A: We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express credit cards and debit cards. We also accept PayPal.
Q: Is my credit card information safe?
A: Our website is protected with a SSL certificate and the payments are carried out on a secure server (https) to ensure safe payments.
Q: When will I be charged for pre-order products?
A: You can place a preorder by paying just 20% deposit. We also offer 5% extra discount for full payment on pre orders.
Q: Do I need to pay any additional charges, for example, tax or import duty charges?
A: This is dependent on your country’s custom laws. Delivery to UK addresses will have no extra customs to pay.
Q: Can I cancel an order?
A: Yes, you can cancel an order that has not yet been shipped via your account page.

Returns and Exchanges
Q: I am not happy with my product. Can I return it?
A: Yes! At Estatic Arts, we strive for customer satisfaction. If you are unhappy with your product, simply contact us within 30 days of receiving your package at firstname.lastname@example.org and we will arrange a refund for you so long as the package is returned in its original packaging and condition.
Q: My product arrived damaged. What can I do?
A: We are very sorry to hear about that. Please contact us within 14 days of receiving your package at email@example.com and we will arrange to send out a new replacement or give you a refund on your item.
Q: Can I exchange a product?
A: Yes, simply contact us within 14 days of receiving your package at firstname.lastname@example.org and we can offer you an exchange on your items so long as you return the product in its original packaging and condition.
